一、電子產品業

(1)真空度膜:中頻真空鍍膜機一般要配一臺冷水機作為鍍膜機(主要是圓柱靶)的冷卻設備中頻設備必須加冷卻水,原因是它的頻率高電流大。電流在導體流動時有一個集膚效應,電荷會聚集在電導有表面積,這樣使電導發熱所以采用中孔管做導體中間加水冷卻。

(2)離子鍍膜:鐘表零件、首飾、珠寶、日用五金、水暖器材、工藝飾品、塑料制品、衛生潔具、鎖具、燈具、餐具各種拉手等產品的表面處理。離化源在初始工作時需加熱啟動,運行時需冷卻,冷卻系統故障將會導致離化源損壞。冷卻水必須用高壓水泵至離化源內的冷卻通道冷卻離化源。

(3)鍍膜玻璃:往往需要大冷量機組,通常使用多臺螺桿式冷水機組合使用。鍍膜生產線在啟動前需加熱以達到一定的溫度,啟動后由于自身產生熱量,需冷凍水冷卻以保持較低的溫度。

(3) Coated glass: often need a large cooling capacity unit, usually use a combination of multiple screw chillers. The coating production line needs to be heated to a certain temperature before start-up. After start-up, due to the heat generated by itself, it needs to be cooled by chilled water to maintain a lower temperature.
